The thermal road repair system is the complete solution that fits into one vehicle, reduces carbon emissions, minimizes traffic disturbance, and performs high-quality, permanent repairs. We use Renault Master three-panel vans, a durable and safe vehicle suitable for road repair maintenance operation as any surface defect, accessible thanks to the mobility and flexibility of the system.

The vehicle comprises a two-cell furnace for heating the additive mix, the radiant panel for surface heating, the compactor cylinder, all equipment and materials needed for repairs as well as signaling elements.

From the control panel, the heater can be detached automatically. The containers in which the material melts contain new material but only a small part is used for a repair.

The health and safety of road users are our top priority, and all our vehicles have hazard markings in the back, lights above the auto-utility, being easily recognizable.
