Pitfalls are the main defects of asphalt road liners, the main cause of their occurrence due to the frost-thawing phenomenon of the cold season, due to the cracks, cracks or faux asphalt faiants. The road repair system is capable of restoring the defective surface using an efficient and controllable heat source, without the need for milling asphalt pavements in the pits.

The technological process of the road repair system is very effective because faulty repair is done quickly, significantly reducing the interruption or disturbance of road traffic, generating no waste, no noise, performing under maximum safety, both in the cold season, at negative temperatures up to -3°C, and in periods of moderate precipitations.

The road repair system has been developed as a modern and effective alternative to the traditional methods of permanent repair of asphalt pavers, which are costly, noisy, generate dust and bituminous waste, requiring long road traffic interruptions.

The road repair system undergoes permanent, watertight and non-bonding repairs, restoring the original road integrity.

In order to reduce carbon emissions, to reduce public disruption and road traffic and to facilitate a faster repair, a complete solution was created by only two operators in a single fully equipped vehicle, including all necessary equipment: mixer heaters, IR thermal heater, bitumen emulsion, storage mixer, vibrating compactor cylinder, tools and work signaling elements needed to repair asphalt pits.

That’s why in 2008 the thermal road repair system achieved SAFE contractor status, the benchmark for health and safety standards. In addition, the system has GASTEC accreditation and the most comprehensive BBA HAPAS approval of its type.

The system is simple to operate and removes the risks associated with manual handling.
